Work with us

The development of the Tweed Valley Hospital will provide significant employment opportunities for individuals and businesses in the Tweed-Byron region. This will include all aspects of the project, from construction through to clinical and support services once the hospital opens.

Construction jobs

The project’s early works contractor, Lendlease, in collaboration with the NSW Government is committed to proactively facilitating opportunities for local procurement, employment and training for Northern NSW businesses throughout construction of the new hospital, with a real emphasis on local industry participation and upskilling. We are working closely with TAFE NSW, Master Builders Association NSW, the Industry Capability Network (ICN), a range of Indigenous training organisations, and other associations to maximise opportunities for local employment and training.

All construction works packages will be procured via the ICN website, This includes over 60 early works packages, with main works packages to be released in 2020, subject to the approval of the Stage 2 State Significant Development application.
